GAYAZA JUNIOR SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. All school fees must be paid at the beginning of the term in the Bank. Any defaulter discovered will be fined.

2. Neither eats nor money is allowed to be kept by the girls

3. Reporting to school after holidays should be between 2.00PM – 6.00PM. No reporting during weekends.

4. All drugs must be prescribed by a healthy worker and if bought by parents must be kept in the sickbay

5. No alcohol should be brought at school at any time and no parent is allowed to come to school while drunk.

6. Children who stay away for two weeks without any proper communication to the office from the day the term commences will forfeit their places.

7. Parents are not allowed in the dormitories on any other day except at the beginning and end of term for security reasons

8. Every parent/guardian must present the pupils identity card before being given chance to talk or pick her from school.

9. If a child is infected or has been living with any family member suffering from • Measles • Chicken pox • Mumps • Hepatitis A&B • Haemophilius Influenza B • Ebola • Or any other epidemic, she should be left at home at least a week before bringing her back for a new term.

10. All children must be taken for checkup every beginning of term before returning them to school using the authorized school doctors.

11. Parents, pupils and other stake holders should give due respect to each other and all members of teaching and non teaching staff.

12. In case any child is caught indulging in any form of misbehavior or indiscipline, immediate decision shall be taken by school management committee and administration.

13. All parents must fulfill the obligation of providing the child with all the necessary scholastic materials.

 
NOTE: All parents are expected to abide by the school rules and regulations as they may change from time to time according to the situation.
